If you do not have anything in the Hopkins Collapsible Vehicle Trunk Cargo Organizer # HM74113 it is possible for it to slide some. I used to have one of these and I never noticed it moving around even when it was empty. But it is still a possibility since it weighs about 4 pounds total.

I went out to the warehouse to determine how those 2 rectangular pieces fit into the rest of the console organizer # CNSLPLUS-BLA. There are outside pockets on the front and rear of the organizer that open at the bottom. The shorter piece goes in the front pocket and the taller one in the back with the Velcro pointed down to mate with the Velcro on the insides of the pockets. So far we haven't received complaints of the Husky Liners WeatherBeater # HL24361 allowing bags of groceries to slide around but then again this isn't really guaranteed to keep stuff immobile. In regards to the 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector part # H20043, the yellow wire is for the reverse light circuit yes. This should then align with the pin responsible for the reverse light circuit on your vehicle. The terminology used for "AUX" is the same as the reverse light circuit. This is the first time that I have heard any vehicle had a power wire ran to the back specifically to power a converter box. It is possible that a vehicle can have a wire ran to the back for the 12 volt circuit on a 7-Way trailer connector.
The manufacturers of the wiring harnesses for the 2012 Toyota Sienna (# 118498 and # C56106) state that the connection has to be a dedicated line from the converter to the battery via the included fuse and fuse holder.

Those are the wires for the brake magnets. You will need to connect the black wire to the brake controller output wire on your trailer connector and you are correct the white wire will need to be grounded to a clean metal surface on the trailer.
